In addition, it provides a great opportunity to gain a deep level of empathy and understanding and then translate your insights into innovative solutions.

Don Carr is a professor of design, coordinator of the School of Design’s M.F.A. in design program, and coordinator of the industrial and interaction design program.
Annie is an MFA Design student at Syracuse University and has a bachelor's degree in industrial design. Acting as an assistant and sharing design ideas and capacity with team members.
